Worst landlords ever. They tried to fix our HVAC problem by putting duct tape over vents. We reported the toilet running 6 months prior and they came in unannounced one day saying they had to inspect the whole unit because the water bill was too high. Our washing machine has been broken for 2 months. The tiles on the kitchen floor are cracked and need maintenance badly. When I moved in there was marks all over the walls and it was in bad need of a fresh coat of paint.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This has been the worst living experience since I've started renting apartments. My apartment was not in move in ready conditions and it took them over a month to replace the fridge. The bathroom has broken towel hangers, the vanity doors were messed up, the kitchen drawers and fridge the apartment came with were filled with bugs, and the tiles in the kitchen are cracked. The last couple of months I've had insect problems and they responded in a timely manner which was nice, but now there is a MOUSE in my apartment and they have not returned my calls and when I called emergency maintenance they said it wasn't an emergency. It's been 4 days. Please don't move here. The rent is not worth it.

I regret living there. I would rather pay more and live further away from campus. It's been very stressful living at UCA apartments and management don't even return your calls or emails. I have been very disappointed up till the very end. There are only problems and it takes forever to get fixed. Maintenance is terrible, the apartments are terrible and the response if worse. I am very clean but I had pests, I had a broken washing machine/washer for an entire summer (the quarters I lost, I was never reimbursed), the roof in my closet fell down. They took 6 weeks to repair and when they did, made such a mess. My room was so dusty that I could not live there. I stayed at a hotel (I was never reimbursed). They sent someone to clean (who was super nice) but it was still a mess and I had to help clean my private belongings. The one star is for the very lovely and nice staff at the main office. They kept my packages safe.
