I've been getting DME here for years, always with great service.  However, that's recently changed, and I'm quite puzzled.  I called earlier this week to inquire about a very common type of mobility device, and the man asked me what I was talking about.  I described it, and he said, "Oh, you mean ____," using the exact same word I had just said.  He confirmed they had it in stock and I said I would be in the next day at a specific time to get it.  He said that would be fine.  I was there the next day exactly when I said.  When I rang the bell for entry, a woman answered only to tell me no one was in the store that day.  I wasted an entire CCT trip to go there, and I was now stuck there.  I am leaving town  for two weeks and was depending on a new mobility device to help me.  Had I known I wouldn't be able to count on getting it from Yellin, I would have sought out other places in the SEPA area.  Reading other reviews that they are not honouring their store hours makes me wonder if they are phasing out their business or starting the retirement.  It's a shame because they used to provide excellent service and were reliably open.

Arrived and there was no one there during posted hours.  Answering service said they were closed for the day, without a sign on the door or announcement of when they'd be back.  Look dingy on the outside.  How do these stores stay in business? It wasn't even clear where the entrance is, no sign on the door. Go elsewhere.

Not impressed. Not very friendly, the place is old and dingy. Got what I needed and left. And there's graffiti on the front store window. I used to walk by here on the way to work 3 years ago, it's still the same graffiti!!  Can't understand how a business person thinks it's a good idea to leave graffiti on your storefront window for years. I find another place next time I need medical equipment.
