Frugal frames is the best! They gave me such great advice on frames, mats, and even foam board! Ive loved everything theyve helped me with with to set up my new place. They really want to make your most precious items shine and they do, for the best prices and quality in town or online!

Frugal Frames is a great local framing shop with friendly service and high attention to detail. I had an unusual request to frame a metal sign, which I could tell was not something they normally do. Christa and Mark worked with me to pick out the frame, and think about what would look best. I could tell that they embraced the project and were excited to do it, despite not being a classic framing job. My piece took around 5 weeks from ordering to completion and came out looking great.
I want to call out the fantastic customer service that they provided me. Around the same time I dropped off my item, I had surgery that temporarily prohibited me from walking. When they called me, I notified them of my injury, and they offered to bring the piece to my door. Highly recommended all around.

I literally couldnt have had a better experience. From investigating possible frame options for my one of a kind piece, to personally picking up and dropping off my precious Gracie panel, Alexa exuded thoughtfulness and customer service of the highest order. I truly cant recommend her highly enough! Her prices are way better than other local shops and Im telling youshe REALLY cares. 10/10 would come back to her for my framing needs and would recommend you do, too!!
