      image I told the sales person the job would take 4 hours on site to complete. Was given a $600 verbal quote, $150 per hour. He did not disclose at that time there would be almost 3 additional hours added to the bill for travel time knowing full well the distance from their facility to mine. The written quote indicated $150 per hour combined for operator and crane and that charges are “port to port”. I was also told i would be called the day after the job to go over final charges and was not. The final cost was almost double the verbal quoted amount even though the on site time was exactly what I told the sales person it would be. My fault for not asking more questions but I also feel they should have been more transparent from the start. The crane operator did a great job.
