I frequent this Walgreens and there is always an insane line and always only one cashier to handle it. On my last visit, the cashier needed help to void a transaction for the person in front of me and called his manager (I assume) Zoe about 5 times and they never came to help him while the line piled up. Shame on management, support your staff!

In a world where we're trying to not use plastic bags Debra the cashier made me take a plastic bag for one item. She said she was just doing what her manager told her. This is so sad for our environment. Come on Walgreens at wells branch and dessau...do better for our planet.

Absolute worst experience. I just had surgery earlier this week and need a refill for my pain medication. I emailed my surgeon Fri afternoon because I was about to run out and they are closed on weekends. I was lucky that my surgeon saw my email and sent in my refill request sun morning. I went to this walgreens where i regularly fill my prescriptions and was initially told my refill would be ready in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later I went back through the drive thru only to be told they were out of stock and would not have my medication until the next day. When I asked if they could transfer the prescription to another walgreens I was told no because it is a controlled substance. The technician was very rude and said we could call around and check if another walgreens had it in stock, but my surgeon would need to resend the prescription to the other walgreens. This is beyond stupid and in no way can be considered good patient care or customer service. I now have to sit in pain for at least 24 more hours before I can get my pain medication. Why one of the biggest pharmacy chains in the country can't keep better inventory or transfer a prescription for pain meds is a question that shouldn't have to be asked, but here we are... you need to do so much better walgreens. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Krystal ( Walgreens employee) took it personally when I asked her to take my passport picture quickly as I try to pin back my hair without hairpins. She claims my afro hair can't touch my ears. Wth?!! I tried to braid it to accommodate her request. But she couldn't snap fast enough, after her attitude and my explanation that my hair is antigravity, she tried that "well everyone else does. You can come back when your hair is straight." Ma'am, simply don't do that to Black folks. My hair grows as it does and
I will not chemically treat it at risk to my health. You can hush. Walgreens train your employees better. I'm utterly disgusted.
