Dr Chappell is A+. He is brilliant, personable, helpful and thorough. He always spends ample amounts of time with me and I never feel rushed. Ive been his patient for 4 years and now got my husband to also join the practice. Hes the best!

What this doctor won't tell you on their website or any pertaining information is that this doctor is a "concierge" doctor. And that they will indeed charge you as normal thru insurance. But that they will also charge you a $1200 annual membership fee. On top of insurance. A charge that is not covered by insurance. So basically the oath that the doctor took to help people doesn't matter unless you line his pockets first. Because only if you send me this bribe money will I answer your call or address your health concerns. Otherwise I'm not available. This doctor needs to have his license removed. This goes against everything that their oath stands for.

Dr. Chappell is so great! He really listens and cares and is incredibly smart. He has a great reputation in the community for a good reason, they don't make physicians like him anymore!

..I have been seeing Dr David Chappell since November. I stumbled onto him from a referral from a kind friend, who suggested his name after listening to my woes about my unhealthy weight, inability to get rid of it and the terrible effect it was having on my life expectancy. Blood pressure, cholesterol, sleep habits, elevated cardiac risk everything was out of control and I was on maximum medication which was making it even worse.Since November slowly but surely, I am now at a weight which is same as I was in 8th grade. I have been going to the clinic once a week and now have dialed it back to once a month for maintenance.Every single week I am amazed how meticulous, professional knowledgeable and supportive Dr Chappell and his staff are. Dealing with weight is very sensitive, brings about life changes and emotions which are quite dramatic, however they helped me through every step of the way. Never did I feel a twinge of doubt or fear about my program. I showed up every single day and did exactly what was recommended, sometimes not successfully, but with their support was able to try again and succeed. Today I am off every medication, no longer high risk Cardiac risk and my stats are that of a 20 year old. Dr Chappell is a highly qualified educated competent and knowledgeable physician. Thank you Dr Chappell and all the lovely staff for giving me a second shot at living my life healthier than I did first time around.

My mother had to pay well over $2,000 to see him for the yearly fees he charges. She only went a few times though because he was so condescending and conservative. His site is very misleading, saying he treats the mind body and spirit. It leads one to believe that he is warm and listens. Not even close! I met him because I take my mom to appointments quite often. He was very late and rude, and did not care whatsoever about my mother's thoughts on her own body. He ignored me completely, despite my smiles and polite manners. The receptionist was kind, I feel badly that she has to work for such a cold-spirited man. Such a disappointment. Needless to say, my mother did not renew his rediculois fees. One visit he laughed at how easy it was to get these 'Sonoma softies' to give him all of their money to pay for his lavish lifestyle. There is nothing concierge about his practice at all! He said if you call, you will talk to his staff. That's what he "pays them for, to do their jobs!" he said in a mocking tone! Gross! We are never making this mistake again. We went elsewhere. Please if you decide to see him, speak up for yourself and your loved ones. Ask many many deep questions before you give all that money to him.
