Buyer beware, dont get taken advantage of! Purchased a washer part that he had in stock. A simple discharge hose. Provided the exact make and model number. It did not fit, it looked old, dusty, and was the wrong part number. Explained the situation and Mr. Moore Appliance stated no refunds because the plastic bag was now open. Part purchased was higher than an online or from a near appliance parts store but, I thought buying the part local would support a local business. Was assured it was the part but it wasnt. Very unprofessional, inconsiderate, was shocked and disappointed in this kind of service. Lessened learned, go to Tribles LLC if you need the right appliance parts and outstanding customer service.

I was told by Andy on Jan 5th that I was second or third on his list of 86 calls he had over Christmas. Interestingly enough we had a conversation early in the next week that he would be there by Thurs aft the 12th. And Im second or third? Hmmmmmmm
But, it is the 20 th and he did not come the 12th, did not call and has not called or come by since. Long wait for being second or third on the list.
I cant use someone who I cant trust to do what they say. So, beware of Andy the Repairman.

I waited until I cooled down to review this company. I thought perhaps the conscience of the proprietor would have bothered him enough to return at least a portion of the payment check. Having noticed that it was cashed immediately after his last visit, it was clear to me that would not be the case. Though the intent of his 2 visits was to replace two parts of my refrigerator in order to restore the water flow and icemaker, I paid well over $100 for a vacuumed kitchen floor beneath the appliance. I ended up getting another technician who diagnosed the problem and did the work necessary in less than one hour. The reader is left to draw their own conclusions.

Unfortunately, we never received any service. He said he would arrive same day. No-call, no show. I called the following day and left a voicemail, no response. I called once more with no response. He came well recommended by several friends. So, this was surprisingly disappointing.

First & foremost, just because I have the same last name does not mean we are related. My refrigerator, washing machine and dryer have all come from Andy Moore Appliance. Due to the fact that major appliance corporations do not make appliances to be long lasting these days, every time I had an issue with one of my three appliances purchased from Mr. Andy, I would call to set an appointment for the repair. His promptness, his very fair labor prices, his kindness and courteous demeanor speaks volumes!! After reading some of the one star reviews I actually had to laugh. Beth Sumrall mentioned his parts prices were sky high. Sorry Beth, but I beg to differ with you on that note.
