You answer doesn't make favor to the customer. They did business with the store. You should absorb the cost and get repaid by the previous owner. I probably I am writing late or perhaps the situation has been resolved. But, if it not the case. I won't commend anyone to buy from you store. You can not run a business just passing responsibility along. You haven't been helpful. Lawrence Street

Excellent variety and selection of flooring products at the best prices I've seen anywhere. And the staff is so helpful and nice, never pushy and always willing to answer questions and make suggestions. Lots of stuff in the back, so if you don't see what you're looking for just ask! Can't say enough about this place.

Let me start by saying I would not recommend this business. This is for a number of reasons... installation, customer service, and down right taking responsibility for fixing work done by the company. Aleman had installed flooring in the laundrymat. Over the course of the next year we noticed the flooring is separating and it has ridges forming on the flooring. We called them and they sent out a person to inspect the flooring. this person said the flooring was improperly installed and needed to be replaced completely, it was beyond repair. We were told they should have put down a layer of cement to cover the old tile grout lines before installing a new floor. With hearing this we called the store. Chris the owner said he bought the store over a year ago and is not responsible for anything done previously before he purchased the company and we would have to contact the old owner. Three weeks have gone by and Chris still hasn’t done anything and we haven’t heard from the old owner. When I asked for the old owners contact info I was told by Chris the number would just direct me right to the store. So basically no one wants to warranty the installation or the product. Don’t use this company if you are looking to get flooring done. I feel cheated by this company.
