Added a a large addition to my house.   This was a large project including foundation,  landscaping concerns, driveway, etc.  He used excellent subcontractors as needed.  Project went smooth, to budget, and was completed on schedule.  Jeff, the owner is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to deal with.  Really thought out considerations for the elderly resident who would be living there and his suggestions and judgement were valuable.  Cleaned up appropraitely and always considered the family dog and small children living at the residence (no sharps left around yard or worksite during prject.)  Would rehire first for any size project from fixing a deck, to finishing basements, to an entire house.  (Has built several houses in the Pepperell area, many on Village St, I talked to several satisfied owners before selecting for my job.)
