I went yesterday, and when I walked in, Scott was right there to greet me!!! Told him I was interested in thr rose gold lexus,, and him and 2 other gentleman made it happen for me!!! My first brand new vehicle ever!! The customer service was A++,,, They treated me like they had known me for years!!!! I will never go to another car dealership,,, Highly recommend!!! I brought my 2007 LS460 here for service and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. My service advisor was Nicole and she is such a sweetheart! She was helpful and communicative, making this just so easy for me. Ive recommended owning a Lexus to many people and the fact that I was treated like I just bought a brand new $100k vehicle even though mine is going on 20 years old really says something about the brand. The technician, Mason, was also great to work with and he did a great job. Thank you for taking care of my baby!
