Total scam ! An insurance agent called me and sold me this plan telling me everything is covered with no co pays . I go and get blood work done , bill came to $1200 and I had to pay $700 out of pocket ! Needless to say I cancelled the policy. I was also informed that my dental would be covered and it wasnt through my dentist. My dentist stated he never even heard of this insurance company. Be at advice I can give is to steer clear abs go with a reputable insurance company like Harvard pilgrim, tufts , or even Aetna.

Called for health insurance and they wanted all payment information within 5 minutes without telling me anything about the coverage. He was very short with me when I asked questions, claimed no deductible, yet Ive never even heard of this insurance company

They are not honest! This insurance is completely useless. Does not cover anything and the representative when you sign up makes it sound like it is hassle free and super easy to use. It is not! Most places dont even except it or recognize it. Do your self a favor and keep looking.

BEWARE!! They lie!! When I joined this insurance I specifically made sure my doctor, and spinal procedures were covered. These treatments are the only reason I got this insurance. I was told and reassured that no matter what the total was that I would be billed 70% off the total price. I was told yes my doctor by name and place he runs his practice were both in network. I wasn't told anything about being in office or at hospital or out of network. I would think phone calls would be recorded and saved where you can go back and listen to the conversation of me being told this.
I would have never signed on or paid for this insurance if I was told they would only pay $2.5% for these treatments. I paid way more for the insurance monthly payment than they paid towards the treatment. How insane is that? This is not my doctor's problem for him to lower his billing or negotiate. I knew the total of his treatments, and despite him being weary about this insurance I presented to him I told him insurance told me it would be 70% off the total bill for me. I told them the total amount my doctor bills when signing up and confirmed the price I should expect to be billed. This is a total scam! Dont believe what they tell you! Let's see if they honor what they said they'd cover initially.

Worst experience of my life working for this company. I was told I wasn't a good fit for the company, unfortunately in all reality, they weren't a fit for me.
I have found a wonderful health care company I work for now, just a few weeks after leaving Convergent.
Please don't waste your time with unlawful company. They should be shut down immediately. A report will be filed with the Bureau of Better Business.
