I will never step foot in the Peoria illinois store again I had 4 of me teen grandchildren in the store had almost a cart full when we were kicked out because I had a shopping cart and it's against policy..I've been in there many tines with a cart ..mind you that I'm on oxygen and can't get around well and the cart holds me up. instead of using a wheelchair I use a cart cuz we were there buying Sumner clothes.. IVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY. SHE ALSO TOLS ME THEY DO ALLOW WHEELCHAIRS WHEN ASKED.. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE SPENT OUR $700 IN RUE 21!

Great customer service in a small mall! Good selection of clothing. Great fragrances for both sexes. Love that store!

I placed a large online order and I am very confused by what I received. It was missing multiple items but had several things I did not order at all not even a chance I did accidentally etc. The strangest thing was there were 2 brand new bath and body works products from the new spring Easter line inside my package. There was no paperwork in my package at all and the package itself was not in good condition.
