Looking forward to the upcoming court battle when CIRA decides to put a loved one's medical bills into collection in the near future after she had received 100% Financial Aid Assistance from OSF for services provided. Once collections have been filed and her credit rating drops, get your popcorn ready as I already have a FCRA attorney waiting.

Can NEVER reach a live person for billing. Always have to leave a message. Problem is I can't use my phone at work so I am not able to receive calls back... so much for leaving a message. VERY FRUSTRATING

Outstanding bill because authorization was never requested from insurance on a procedure I was waken up in the middle of the night to be performed. This is your duty, not mine.

Extremely unprofessional! My kiddo was seen here months ago I never once received a bill from you. Today I received a collection agency letter for the amount owed. After calling your department your employee admitted you have never sent me any type of bill. Do better! Due to your mess up my credit may be affected.
