I went as an advocate with a friend who has cognitive issues and severe migraines. The nurse was rude, unprofessional and impatient. My friend became frustrated because the nurse would not listen. My friend called her a name out of frustration. When I tried to explain the issue, the nurse was rude to me and acted like a petulant child. Dr Gupta threw us out. The level of professionalism was nonexistent, the empathy one expects from medical personnel was nonexistent. The rudeness was uncalled for. Ganging up on a patient the way they did was appalling. Four nurses all yelling at a patient is not professional when the patient is obviously in distress and nonviolent. She was terrified and crying! I would not recommend this office to anyone. The facility should be ashamed of this association.

Don’t pay attention to the first review listed here. I’ve had an excellent experience with Dr. Gupta and with the clinic in general. Everyone was very professional, competent and caring. I’ve received two epidural steroid shots which has improved my pain, which was barely endurable, by about 85%. I don’t know if everyone will have similar results, but personally I recommend the clinic and Dr. Gupta highly.

i wouldnt even give 1 star to this clinic, the front receptionist is the only one, i give a star too, shes nice, as for the actual doctor, shes a quack. I cant understand how she can be a doctor, I never met someone so dumb in my life, not to mention rude. Its a pain clinic and i was told basically its a shot clinic, they only do shots, then dont call yourself a pain clinic if your not gonna help people with actual pain, also how much ypu have now charged my insurance for this bullcrap. The doctor should be removed emmediately i forgot to say they did a pain shot and caused me further problems, this lady needs sued hmmmmm
DONT GO TO THEM ITS COMPLETE HORROR
