I found Country Hearth & Home through a neighbor recommendations and I haven't been disappointed after 5 years. Another company wanted to charge me $5000 for a certain process and I called Country Hearth & Home for a second quote. They explained if I kept up with my chimney cleaning (every year based on how much I burn and the quality of the wood), I should be all set. They've been true to their word, do an excellent job each year, are always on time, and are super tidy. Totally recommend!

Very unprofessional, set my appointment 3 weeks out, then canceled my appointment 5 minutes before hand. They rescheduled me twice, then the day of the guy showed up sat outside my house for 2 minutes and drove off. When I called to find out what was happening the guy in the office couldn't help, and the guy doing the sweep blew off my appointment to go to another. Highly highly don't recommend, I'd give less then one star if that was an option.

Originally in June 2022 James did an outstanding job providing a new damper with chain to open it. But, when he drilled the inside of my fireplace to attach the damper pull chain he left an 1/4 inch whole between the bricks. I have been calling for 2 months with absolutely no chance of a repair. Highly unprofessional not to guarantee their work. Plus the business phone service is terrible with Larry and Duke stating someone will get back to me and nothing happens.

Country Hearth & Home installed our gas fireplace insert a few years ago hand has provided excellent maintenance and timely repair/part replacement when we needed it. Duke and his crew are careful and competent, and we highly commend their services.
