I would not recommend Terry,s Well Service to anyone . I was on a timeline he never showed up, never called , never return my calls or emails.

He is not professional in his business. Had two scheduled appointments and he could make any of them. Did not call to let you know he was not coming. Then pawns you off on another company. I'm glad he did because the other companies are on the ball with scheduling and coming when they say they will.

Terry and his assistant did a fantastic job on my inoperable well pump. Actually the pump was working fine, but the discharge pipe had become dislodged which prevented the water from getting to my sprinkler system. They extracted the pump incrementally in 20' sections as it was buried 100' deep. That's when he discovered the disconnection. He made the repairs, replaced the pump in the 20' sections, & tested it. At that point the cutoff valve came shooting out of the pipe, which necessitated him re-extracting the whole contraption again, replacing the cheap plastic cutoff valve with a stainless steel one, & placing the pump back in the well. It tested perfectly after that.Terry has about 20 years of experience in the Pensacola market & he is good. I highly recommend him.
