I give 1 since I took my f150 there because of a engine code of a fuel air imbalance. 1st strike when they told me if was a broken bolt on coil pack and they would have to change valve cover so I picked it up and spent 20mins at home and got broken bolt out. Made another appt for same code they cleared. Got it in there and 2 weeks before they looked at it said it's timing so now another week goes by before I get an answer the the warranty will cover it that they should be starting on it by Friday or the next week. So I call on Thursday to see how it's going and find out they still haven't worked on it there trying to get something else done on another car that they might be able to start on if by Monday. So I've been without a car I'm paying foor for over a month and keep getting told they are gonna work on it. And trying to get someone there to call you back is a joke. So be warned. A 9 hr job has turned into over a month. And most of the time it's just sitting there
