During the past almost 5 years Ive dealt with nonstop issues. Theyve helped themselves to taking money out of my husbands account without notice and practically cleaned the account out completely as soon as it deposited. Which was money we were going to use to be able to eat that week. And not to mention the plenty of times weve experienced fraud on our accounts. Maybe instead of wasting money on a logo they could try to maintain better security of their members accounts. The customer service is not where it should be and how they treat their members is appalling. They dont need a logo makeover they need a complete company makeover.

They are a terrible bank and their customer service team is lacking. They dont care about their members. They want to charge for every little thing they can to get your money.

How do I give zero stars? Got an automated phone call saying there was unusual activity on an account and a phone number to call. After calling the number for two days I find out that the automated call gave the wrong number!!! Then I tried to get in contact with customer service through their ridiculous "number number" answering system. They transferred me to the fraud department but I could not get anyone to help me. Shame on you Pen Air.

I had my credit hacked and they had alerted me toot sweet. I called them we fixed everything and new card on the way. But I can't give 5 stars because the card will have to keep those fraud charges on the account once they post for about 60 days. They had ample proof of the hack but tell me they can't touch it until it posts? Correction they removed all fraud charges. Thank you PenAir!! **updated information it has been 90 days and fraudulant charges still not removed from account. They said we are 6 to 8 months behind. Hire more folks or something truly. Also inform your tellers in Gulf Breeze of how CD's work. Thanks
