image If you love your child, do NOT take them to this facility. I have never left an online review in my entire life but feel obligated to notify the community, as their office manager has refused to return my calls of concern. All 3 of my children WERE patients until yesterday. I immediately changed their primary care to Walla Walla after my husband came home with my youngest to report the worst experience he has ever had with a provider. All 3 of my children have been mistreated by Terry and Rebecca RN, and I will share the most recent. I am honestly questioning if they are billing my insurance fraudulently for services not given. That will definitely need to be looked into. I really hope this facility can recognize their complacency has affected their ability to connect with their patients and families and treat the community. The staff I have dealt with mainly Terry and Rebecca, should be in a different field, not caring for children.
Child 1) Pre-K son with multiple multiple infections over the last 2 years and each visit we get the same response, youll have to wait it out. In addition to no education on how to treat his viral and bacterial infections at home. No comfort care measures, nothing. This last visit Terry was informed by myself and my husband, that my child had been running 103-104 temps throughout the night, shaking, lethargic, confused and anorexic for 4 days. The relentless deep coughing has made him not sleep. We were given NO education, no comfort measures, no supplemental medicine or anything other than a very un-empathetic and cold youll have to wait it out. After going through the connect channels of PCP 9/10x we always have to visit the urgent care or ER for comfort medicine and/or antibiotics. That is unnecessary costs and delayed treatment.
Child 2) Pre-teen daughter showing signs of anxiety and depression and I immediately called facility for an evaluation. Terry screened her at the pediatricians office and said my daughter wasnt anxious or depressed. Chalked it up to normal pre-puberty changes etc, no follow up. 1 month later, my daughter almost died at home. She could have died!
Child 3) Teen boy was seen by Terry for painful knee injury making it hard to play basketball (which is his dream). 5 minutes into her assessment and without any IMAGING, she tells my son he needs surgery! He needs surgery?! I immediately tell her that she should not have said that to him or myself. She didnt have imaging, an impression or even a diagnosis. My son felt as if his future in athletes was over after the doctor said so. 1.5 yrs later, my son has NOT needed knee surgery.

image They completely ignored my daughters tummy issues for 5 months of her life. One of the doctors had no idea that goats milk formula was a real thing. Yet, I am supposed to trust these people with my daughters nutritional needs. They will just quote well the American academy of Pediatrics recommends like we all dont have access the the internet. Thank you for memorizing 50 facts to spew back out at me and wasting my time. Look elsewhere for your childs care.

image The girl Amanda, has the worst attitude problem. I was trying to get some help with past records and she was completely disrespectful and unhelpful. What an uncomfortable place to go. TAKE YOUR KIDS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

image I almost never leave negative reviews, because most of the time they're not helpful. But after complaining directly to Amanda, the VERY rude receptionist, it's clear it didn't get through. (Back Story) I will not take my kids to see Teri, the nurse practitioner, because she is very rude and treats me like I'm a terrible mother every time my son gets sick, which is a lot. She once told me that I was going to damage his inner ear, after following the instructions that his ENT gave me. She said it in such a rude manner that I finally told her how terrible she had been treating me and that I have had enough. Her response, still rude, "Well I'm sorry you feel that way, you can request that I no longer see your child". Wow, what a sincere response from the person caring for my sick child...So that's exactly what I did. It's in my chart that I will no longer see Teri. I called this morning to schedule my son for another ear infection. The receptionist, Amanda, automatically made me feel like I had no business scheduling an appointment since he hasn't complained about ear pain, even though he never has with any of the other 15-20 ear infections he has had. She then tries to schedule me with Teri. I say "We won't see Teri, she is rude" Then she tells me that's the only person available, so I say then we can change the day, I do not like Teri and won't see her. Amanda then snaps at me saying "Well you don't have to keep rambling on about it". I inform Amanda that it's in my chart so she should have already known, and she informs me that not everyone reads the charts. Interesting since everyone else has caught it every other time I've called. Amanda is rude, snappy, and unprofessional. She shouldn't work with sick children or their families. If it wasn't for the other amazing receptionists, Dr.Wyland, and Dr. Rickman, we would not continue to be seen there. I have moved my children for much less. They deserve the best care. I shouldn't have to worry about dealing with rude people when seeking out help for my sick child. Clearly, I'm not the only one that has had these issues with Amanda, or Teri. Do better, please. Or don't work with children.

image Staff has been incredibly rude and belittling every time I have encountered them, and I hate this place. I have been nothing but polite and respectful to these people for the record. I will be taking my daughter out of town for care just to avoid this place. That's how bad my experience has been. And I wouldn't do that lightly.
