      image I will never order anything else from this company. I ordered a hat for Christmas for my grandfather. I paid extra for expedited shipping (2 to 4 business days). I knew it would be here after Christmas because I ordered it so close to the holidays and I was fine with that, but it has been 11 days now and when I track my order all it says is order confirmed. IT HASN'T EVEN SHIPPED! But they took my money as soon as I ordered the item! I have emailed the company and haven't heard back from them. I guess I will have to actually call the company in order to get the item I ordered. This is ridiculous and is extremely unfortunate because my grandfather's birthday is coming up also and I was planning on shopping with them for his birthday too, but at this rate maybe he will get his Christmas present on his birthday dealing with this company!!!
