      image Dr, Day is great, but this place is an administrative nightmare. Over the last 2 years, theyve forgotten to order my contacts 3 times and they blamed it on a system issue. They also have no idea how insurance plans work. They said my insurance only covered $75 of my contacts order. I tried explaining how thats incorrect and they said maybe you need to sit down and write it out so you can understand and refused to look at the benefits coverage information from my insurance provider. I took my prescription and ordered my contacts elsewhereit actually covered $300, not $75. I can only imagine how much Ive been overcharged in the past because of their incompetence. Its not worth the headache to deal with these people.
