Please be weary of working with this company.
In the middle of a real estate deal where the Earnest Money of $1000 had been deposited, Haider who is the owner of this company has completely stopped all communications with everyone.
We found out that he was selling a property as a free and clear title but it actually isn't. We were ready to close on the property and he completely ghosted us. We have been reaching out to him nonstop over the past 3 weeks but he hasn't returned any of our calls.
During this process we had to pay for an appraisal of the property, the contractor to come inspect the property, and have continued to pour money into the property.
If you value honesty, transparency, and doing business well, do not work with this company!!!!!

Haider and his team do a great job. He communicates promptly and gets Real Estate closed quicker than anybody else. As a RE Wholesaler, I close a lot of properties and Goal Mortgage is my Go-To.
