Decided to move back to NH and was recommended for us to use Darlene Roth, in Hacienda, as our agent. Let me tell you, she went above and beyond her job as an agent. Without going into details, we were in NH for Christmas holidays, she was instrumental in getting the repairs done requested by the home inspector, and recommended Mike and Kevin Kiehl to do the job. All work was completed with in two weeks, passed inspection and had closing earlier than planned. Darlene was helped by Debbie and everything went without a hitch. To all of you, Thank You so much. To Darlene, Mike and Kevin, we absolutely loved you three.

Irma and Mike were a true Dynamic Duo. They took the time to explain the differences involved with the purchase of a manufactured home vs traditional construction. They also met me several times to explain the benefits the community. From insurance, pest control, maintenance and the closing process they were always available and full of useful information.
