Best buying expierence hands down, I have never been happier and more heard by the staff there any problems and they fix it immediatly. They dont hassle or pressure you to much and are extremely patient. Our sales assosciate Jessie really helped us out and got the numbers ans prices we wanted. Buy your car or truck here and they will take care of you.

I was so excited to buy a new car for my family. This was the first placed we visited since my mom and stepdad recommended them to me(also said they offer a recommendation pay,well we asked sales lady more then three times and was ignored all around about it). Well it turned into a nightmare. I feel like sales women wasn't listening to what I wanted and needed.really only wanted to make a sale and not what I wanted or needed for my family. They showed me and I test drove over 5 cars and still wouldn't listen to what I was saying. After coming and going 4 or so times I finally got a Chrysler Pacifica. Started having issues with it and I kinda held it of thinking mechanic shop would be horrible to deal with as well. But gotta say Drew has been about the only helpful person in this whole experience. I planned on getting me another car once I have my car paid for but most likely won't be here.

Possibly the worst experience with a car lot weve ever experienced. My husband called about an SUV we were very interested in. He spoke with Stephanie Draper and she confirmed the car was available. He made plans with her to be there when they opened today. He made sure she knew he was driving an hour one way and asked her to call if it sold before he could get there. She called this morning to confirm the appointment (spoiler alert, the car sold yesterday). A little while later she called again asking for another customer and had called the wrong number. So spoke with him twice today before he got to the lot this morning. When he got there she came out and greeted him and handed him over to a sales associate who said right away oh I thought that car sold last night? Then the associate confirmed it definitely had sold last night and even after my husband told Stephanie he would be driving an hour one way, she failed to let him know that the car had sold. If shes in charge of scheduling these appointments, she needs to be more aware of stock and what the customers are shopping for. Completely ridiculous that our entire morning was wasted. If youre dealing with Stephanie, check, double check, then triple check that what youre interested is available before making a drive to this lot.
