Just left there trying to return a light , we bought all our lights from here for our new home . Lights are very expensive , so we hung one up and didnt like it , so went back here and bought another one to go over the table . Now realize we have spent $1000 here . She said oh we cant take a light Back after its been hung , and you dont have the box . We cant take it back , then she continued to talk , if its defective we can take it back . So she could take it back if it was defective without a box . Unbelievable!! People want your business but they dont want to take anything back . Ive been in outsides sales for 10 years I would never treat my customers this way . She could have offered half credit or exchange it for something !!!No she said she couldnt take it back because it had been hung and we had no box!!! $400.00 thrown away . We will never do business with them again .
