As an African-American woman who has experienced discrimination, while shopping at Ann Taylor Loft, I was particularly tuned into the review from Janis. As a result, I called the Peachtree City WHBM location, before going there, to confirm I would receive the same level and quality of customer service that non African-American customers get. Yolanda, answered my call and assured me that I would have a positive shopping experience. She was right. The store manager, who was working Saturday, 12/17/2022 at 6pm, I have forgotten her name, provided outstanding customer service and shopping assistance to me. I purchased a suit and shirt that I will enjoy for many years. I hope that all people who discriminated against Janis are no longer working there, so that African-American customers can have a pleasant shopping experience.
