Katherine Parent parks in the handicap spot for convenience, forcing my elderly grandmother to walk a dangerous distance for her condition since all handicap spots were taken. Clearly there is no handicap sign visible in or on her company car. I have no respect for anyone who prevents actually handicapped people from using their dedicated facilities.
