Terrible Service

I wish I could give "no stars." Horrible experience. I called Paulsboro General Locksmith to rekey a property in Paulsboro. I set an appointment for 1 pm. They called me at 12 noon to make sure I would be there. I assured them I would be. I arrived at 1 pm. At 1:10 pm, I called them because no was there. The person I spoke to said she would call the tech and find out what was going on. The tech called back to say he would be there within a half hour. About 20 minutes later, he called again saying it would be another 15 minutes. At 1:45 pm, I called back asking what was going on. The tech said he would be there in 4 minutes. He showed up 10 minutes later, got out of his van and said, "I'm the locksmith." He didn't even bother to apologize for being late. He went up and looked at the locks and told me how much it would cost to rekey. It was $150 higher than the starting quote I had gotten on the phone. It was a huge waste of time and effort. Don't bother calling them.
