Aladdin tech was very nice, professional, and efficient. He asked us about our drain problem. He then explained exactly what he was going to do to determine the cause of our problem and how much it would cost and made sure we understood before he started. During the process He discovered a sewer-cleaning problem we didn't know about that was the boroughs responsibility. He and his colleagues coordinated with the borough for an inspector to come out. Regardless of the outcome of the inspection, I would strongly recommend anyone with a sewer problem to call Aladdin Plumbing and Mechanical. I especially appreciated the documentation of the completed work. Very professional.

Charged me $95 for a three minute visit, to tell me that our HVAC needed complete replacement for $7500. We’ve had two other HVAC service providers look at it, and the whole thing just needed servicing, with one quote for $300. Pretty sure the technician just didn’t want to do the job, so he made it sound as alarming as possible just to get out of there. Felt like we got scammed.
