      image I gave them a 1 because I couldn't give them a 0, workers physically placed garbage cans on top of my sons fathers car, broke his side mirror and when my sons father approached them he was told that every time they see his car they would trash it. Police showed up and took my sons father to jail instead of them. We have photos and they have an extensive history of this apparently. Currently seeking legal aid!
