I've been pleasantly surprised at how quickly staff/maintenance respond to my needs. I've never lived at a place that really cares about their tenants the way they have. It's also a beautiful place to live! It's obvious they take pride in their community! Will always shows up right away and takes care of the issue 100%!

Save your money and find a more updated complex. The rental price you see vs the rental price you get are not comparable. We will be paying $2,000 a month at this complex. They add many fees including facility fees ( for the pool and tiny gym ) onto the tenants. You also have to have their Internet which includes cable. Many families do not use cable anymore but you have to pay it. This cable will cost you an additional $100 on top of the rental price. There is also an electric fee on top of your electrical bill, pet fee, billing fee to email your bill, and before you know it you are paying hundreds of dollars more than shown. The complex doesn't cover water and trash so that is also added into your monthly bill.
The staff have been ok and the maintenance have been great. The best thing about this complex is the maintenance team.
We have contacted the regional manager about the constant raising in rental price and he basically said sorry and good luck. The short term lease will cost you $300 more a month on top of everything else. Please read the small print and truly understand the agreement contract. This corporate owned business does not care about the struggling families in this economy. Shame on them!

Amanda is great at her job, she made everything so easy and helped with setting up my auto pay. Hopefully I'll be here for awhile.
