      Hi Jill, what exactly was the problem? Can you elaborate? We address all issues brought to our attention. In addition, we have nursing protocols and regulations in place to protect our clients, and we abide by all Medicare COP’s/federal laws and State guidelines, therefore, we will not hesitate to enforce policies and procedures within the company if any concerns are brought to us internally/externally.
