I want to recognize Hunter, Felicia, and Diana from the Fairway Plaza store for going the extra distance. In November of 2023 I came to them with a problem with a printer that decided not to work again. Hunter, Felicia, and Diana helped me get past this roadblock. I volunteer at a non-profit and sometimes things don't work perfectly and that's when these lovely ladies went the extra distance. I would give them 10 stars but it only let's me give 5. I have been having this Office Depot print my newsletter for at least 5 years. I have never ran across any associate that will not do everything in their power to help. KUDOS to Felicia, Hunter, and Diana and to the other associates.

Rafael went above and beyond for me today!
I had babyshower invites printed out and not only did he Congratulate me but he also saved me time and cut them for me without being told. This employee went above and beyond and deserves recognition

I ordered some memory boarding passes through the website. I did not initially get them laminated because I wasn't sure how they would look after cutting them. I was planning on picking them up, cutting them, then taking them back to get laminated to keep for memories. To my surprise, when I picked them up, the passes were cut and laminated. Saved me all the hassle. Exemplary employee for sure. Thank you Rafael.
