I dropped my cart off for troubleshooting and never heard back from them. I was told I'd get a call in about 3 days, but didn't. When I called back, the technician was out. When I called back again, the technician was out. Another call brought, "The technician is trying to get a wiring diagram from Yamaha." A reputable shop would have already had a wiring diagram. Of my several calls to the place, I was only called back once - to tell me the technician was out (imagine that) and that he was working with Yamaha about the wiring. After one month, I went back to pick up my - still broken - golf cart. Everyone was shocked that absolutely nothing had been done with it. As usual, the technician had left for the day. Oh yeah - some parts are missing from it, after I'd called and told them to gather all the parts. Don't go there! I'd give zero stars but this site makes you pick at least one.

If you need a great place to get your golf cart worked on or buy a golf cart. This is the place to go I'll be dealing with Houston golf cart for a number of years. Always dealt with Jay with the general manager which was was a fantastic man to deal with. Unfortunately he passed away but they're still good company to come deal with. So if you need good service or to buy a great golf cart. Houston golf course at One Stop place.
