      image Been here a handful of times. Always waited on cheerfully and professionally. Today brought back a key to be mailed back to Amazon. Only had the key and the return label. Handed them to the young lady behind the counter and she gave me a receipt. Did not have to put label on the envelope that was provided gratus. Great service with a

      image The female owner is rude and unprofessional. I went it to return and item and there was confusion over the label and the price for shipping. While I was talking with the owner, attempting to get clarification, she turned away from helping me, shoved my package towards me and called for the next customer in line to come forward. When I asked if we could finish my transaction she ignored me. I have never experienced such bad service at a UPS store.
