my experience with this body shop
is unbelievable (and not in a good way).
I brought my truck in for front end repairs-
they took 5 weeks to fix it. Toooooo
long for the kind of parts replaced. Besides that
they removed my car cover seats- for what reason?
My car seat covers have nothing to do with the repairs.
They also removed the steering wheel cover- for what reason?
My steering wheel cover has nothing to do with the front parts. They replaced a radiator hose which is connected to the transmission for cooling the system and well guess what?? They didn't check or replace the lost transmission fluid! So now I'm driving to Santa Monica and i felt my car not running properly. I pull over and check the fluid levels. The transmission fluid was completely empty!!!! I poured 1 gallon of transmission fluid!! Can you imagine the cost if my transmission burned?? $500+ to repair!
I am definitely not satisfied with the the services they provided me. I will not be returning or recommending this place! Also, the parts they used to "fix" my truck are from the junkyard- they did not use NEW PARTS. I will be contacting my insurance agency.
