Very disappointed.. Miranda didnt explain what actually qualifies you for the exchange to find out what seems simple like being qualifies to do the exchange my daughter signed up and they didnt ask them if they had a job.. they inherited property and talked to the exchange people who kinda explained the process but not that they needed to use all the proceeds and of course have to get a loan for the rest simple right but for a 20 year old its not.. then Derek says oh Im sorry your were miss informed. So now 3 peoples money is stuck in the exchange for 45 days and they lost $1500 each. Know what you are doing its an expensive lesson to learn
