      image I'm sure New Balance sneakers are great but the same can't be said of the employees/ service at this store. Stopped by this morning and three employees were just standing around and not a single 'hello' or 'can I help you'. After looking around for about 10-minutes, left and luckily there is a Nike Store up the street in Old Town so purchased a pair of Nikes instead. Work on your customer service, even Al Bundy provided better to his customers.
