I purchased a tombstone july 2020 it is now july 2021 and still no stone on my father's grave! I reached out many times to be lied to and deceived by the owner and his staff! I paid in full. We suffered a great loss losing my father, to continue to suffer a year later Is very sad! Heartbroken!!!!

Terrible business. I have not received tombstones after I put down payment of $4,000 last year. After losing my sister due to covid and my brother 3 weeks later from a heart attack, from helping a NY police officer. Now they dont have tombstones on their graves, how sad.

Terrible customer service. Woman at the desk was completely rude. Went there to get undressed grave blankets. Each year all the grandchildren decorate the grave blankets for three of their grandparents graves. I would have paid any price for three grave blankets with nothing on them. She told me I dont do that. I will never go there again! No surprise that there were no other customers.
