"Teri" Elrose, who was recommended to me. The level of service I received was spectacular. Knowing the situation I was in, Teri immediately found a solution that not only suited my needs, but fit my budget was well. Teri was kind, professional and knowledgeable; so much so that I had to leave a review which I rarely if ever do. I am happy Teri was recommended to me as she did not disappoint. I have been a long time customer with State Farm Insurance John Pepe Jr. Office and have been nothing but pleased. My go to rep is Dawn, she is always helpful and guides me through the process with all my insurance needs including home as well. Very polite on the phone, and readily available via email too. The entire staff has been professional and I can relax and feel at ease that I have them for all my insurance needs. Thank you Dawn!

Working with this team has been one of the best decisions ever! Because of them I love State Farm! Dawn Lombard is a love to work with along with John Pepe Jr. theyre always so helpful, they make every process smooth and also very understanding. I wouldnt change them for anything! I was in the process of getting a new insurance provider for both auto and homeowner.I reached out to the local State Farm agency and was connected to Theresa Elrose.Theresa was extremely professional and provided me with very competitive rates for both.I highly recommend her and the agency.Was a pleasure dealing with her as she was friendly and easy to talk to.
