I woke up to my central air not working. I called him at 8am and he was here by 8:15 and had my unit up and running with a quick change of a part. They were very courteous and very professional! Service: HVAC system repair

I called him on a Friday. He was there within a couple hours and got it fixed. The other place in town didn't even call me back until the next Tuesday afternoon. Walker was very good and affordable. I will use him again if I ever need something.

I called on a Wednesday left VM. Got a return call Thursday. Explained what I needed done. The guy on the phone was very nice & seemed professional.
A guy came out Friday. Told my husband he didn't know what he was supposed to be doing there. Then had some more unpleasant words to say about the work that was requested and it ended up with the guy telling us our AC is broken (which it's not) and that he was bailing on the job.
When I got home our house was 80 I called my husband who said he probably shut off the ac and didn't turn it back on.
I had to go out there and turn our ac unit back on. So, our animals were in an 80 degree house almost all day. Because someone wasn't interested in doing their job. I'm very disappointed because they came highly recommended and I always try to use local businesses. I will absolutely not recommend them to anyone though.
