Issues getting paid. Will never work for prolink staffing again.

I am coming to an end of an assignment with prolink. I gave 3 stars. I will say my recruiter, Melanie has bee superb. She is professional and overall has been wonderful. The short coming, however comes from other prolink staffs lack of communication with me which is quite important wouldn't you say? For instance, I turned in a time card ( or so I thought). Payroll never reached out to say it wasn't accepted. No call. No communication that what they received would not get processed... just no check... I did not get paid. Compliance didn't communicate to follow up on another occasion until it became an " emergency". The communication and follow ups I am finding have been a problem.

Ive been employed with this agency for the last year and I will say my experience has been AMAZING! Notable my recruiter Britini Fishburn has gone above and beyond to make sure Im well taken care of as a traveler! Thank you so very much and I look forward to many more assignments with you guys!
