We recently moved my mom to another facility, after several years here. Many of the long term staff are wonderful, but it is understaffed, with lots of turnover (including in administration), and the level of care has continually declined over the last few years. Genesis should be ashamed of how poorly they are treating the residents - the residents are often neglected, especially if they are having mobility issues, the facility is not clean, the rooms are not properly cleaned, the food quality is poor, and there are almost no activities any more. I moved my mom to a location that is 20 minutes further away from me to get her out of here.

I am so grateful to have found this place for my 86-year-old father, who needed a memory care unit. If ever you opened a pamphlet or website with hope that it would live up to all that is said, this would be the place.
From the first interaction with Reese in admissions, to the transfer day when my dad was greeted by all the key managers, it was a wonderful experience. The program director in charge of the area, Nicole, was kind, knowledgeable and handled everything with a compassionate professionalism.
The place is very clean and organized, the staff compassionate, and communication was open for any needs. Dad loved the loved the food and the occasional events like live music.
It gave me peace of mind to know that he was being looked after by loving, capable hands.

I visited Highgate at Paoli Point on 2/16/2023 , You have an amazing, helpful and caring staff. I am a HHA from Promedica Hospice from the time I arrived to helping me to sign in and locating my patient. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

This is the worst place to work for its a lot of favoritism that goes on in this place theyre always shorthanded I will never work for this place or recommend nobody to ever again
