Been going there for a few years now always on time but today I got there 10 minutes late and they would not see me.a sign on window reads if 15 minutes late will have to reschedule I pointed that out to them but still wouldn't see me .been there many times and had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time but all you get is I am sorry.this is not fair.so I will be going somewhere else

So this is from me, Jeffrey. I used to go to sisters. My schedule is pretty erratic. Sometimes I don't make the appointments. Because of this I have 3 no-shows. Or more and apparently all they really care about is the bottom line. How much Money? They make sense if I don't show up. They don't make money for that time now. I called today and tried to get an emergency appointment. Because I'm in so much pain. It's not funny and they advise me that they can no longer use me. As a patient so it seems to me that since they don't really care about the health of their patients, they care more about the money. So now I am forced to find another Doctor. I wish I had known this. This was the type of practice there is before I started there. I would rather have a Doctor that cares than one. That just worries about their bottom line.

After having an appointment booked for months, the office refused to see a patient because they didn't show up "30 minutes prior to the appointment to complete paperwork". However, this requirement was NEVER communicated via phone or email. You would think in today's modern age of technology, paperwork could be completed online prior to the appointment. This clinic does not prioritize the health of their patients. Prayers would be appreciated another blood transfusion isn't needed before we can find another doctor!
