Jacob was beyond AMAZING!! He was able to solve the issues that customer service couldnt in less than 5 minutes. Do your self a favor and skip their chat/customer service and just go straight to the store so you dont waste any time. Thank you Jacob, we appreciate you!

Had an appointment at 1130 am. After sitting in a uncomfortable place for about 45 minutes, I left with no answers. Only took my number, said he'd call me. I doubt it, he was way more worried about other things than helping me! I'm still waiting for the phone call!! Never even gave me contact information....
Update ..... still ain't heard back from ANYONE!

Here we are, March 21st, and I still ain't from ANYONE!!!
Gave me a link to copy, paste and go online!! BTW, the link didn't work. Seriously, with all my information and you can't even have someone call me?? Can't wait to drop you!

This rating is for the whole Xfinity business!! They started charging me an extra $100 on my account without letting me know. It says it's for going over my Internet usage, I am using the same amount as any other time and more they changed it without my knowledge!!!!

This experience is not with the physical local store, but with the Xfinity brand as a whole. The website does not allow me to manage my channels and subscriptions as it says it will, and directed me to the xfinity assistant. The assistant then directs me back to the non working website, and I find myself stuck in an infinite loop. Then, when I am FINALLY able to get a human representative on the phone, I am told I "do not have authority" to manage subscriptions, even with all of the account information presented, because my husband is the primary on the account. Funny, because Xfinity has absolutely no problem taking money from me, the non primary, every single month. Atrocious experience. Highly recommend avoiding this provider for internet and TV service.
