      image Tia from this Verizon store was such a sweetheart! I wanted to trade in my old iphone to get the latest one and she was able to help me get the items I wanted. The store were having some internet problems however Tia made sure I was going to get the newest phone. Ask for Tia when you do go and shop! :)

      image I had a truly terrible experience at the Pier Park Verizon store. The information I was given was both inaccurate and incomplete, and the service was appalling. It ruined my perception of the Verizon brand. I used to love Verizon, but I left the store and immediately changed to another carrier. I would avoid this store.
