THE ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A HOTEL ROACHES EVERY PLUS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!

This place needs to be replaced with everything ac not working no customers service at all owners need to be come and see property so old has no tv access no AC no ideas how Expedia still working with them need feedback ASAP

What can I say about Palm Grove? I absolutely fell in love with this hotel. At first I was a little skeptical but the location cant be topped on PCB. Yes, it is inexpensive. Yes, it is outdated. No, I did not see any bugs. I was not disturbed. No one bothered my property I enjoyed my stay, and really wish I couldve stayed longer. Its 80s/90s style bathroom again they are outdated. No WiFi the TV isnt very large. Everything else worked perfectly. The water was very hot and the toilet worked no microwave was in my room Im not sure if any others have microwaves but it did have a small hotel size refrigerator that worked. This hotel is in a prime location on the Panama City Beach strip you are literally 10 steps from the beach and you can walk right outside the front door and have everything at your access within a walking distance, Yes it does not look like the pictures that are on the website, in fact I had to go to a different hotel to get my key , Im taking an actual key and not a key card Of course I was hesitant at first when I walked in but overtime I became very comfortable and actually fell in love with this authentic outdated Beautiful little hotel. If I wanted a authentic old-school style hotel experience, this will be my place , if I wanted to be as close to the beach as possible without spending tons of money, this will be my place. Bring your own sheets, disinfected, and maybe even some air freshener because again it is outdated and it smells outdated .If you are a true traveler, you will fall in love with this place. thank you Palm Grove for having me anytime I can book this hotel I will.
