See Chad, hes got a great attitude, no nonsense, can read the room and understands your time is valuable so wont waste it on things you dont want or need. Went in, test road a bike, talked numbers for ten minutes, explained I didnt want the long drawn out vehicle purchase experience on Sunday afternoon and we put down a deposit and went back in the following week to finish. I think total time between Chad and finance was maybe an hour and a half across two days to trade in a bike and buy a new on out the door. More fair than I expected on pricing on my trade as well. I wish vehicle purchases were always this smooth.
