I almost got my bumper taken off by a staff member in an old BMW who came flying in five minutes to the bell. This whole place seems motivated to target people based on appearances. Like if you aren't driving a Tesla. Unfortunately we are an academic family from Stanford. Being that we don't believe in the idea that money equals character, even the wealthiest among us don't drive Teslas. This new money syndrome has had a major effect on how the staff behaves here. They believe that America is just like Asia. Except it doesn't work. In fact this basic failure is repeated ad nauseam here. It slowly got worse over the years. The kids implode. But five minutes later this is the best school. The most racist, least tolerant School is number one in the country? That says more about the local political ecosystem and racial demographic than the country it is sitting within. This is little Asia. If you don't fit they attempt to eject you. This lie doesn't work in any other areas, so they attempt to isolate themselves in an American state. Which means it is a delicate bubble. A pipe dream that is forced on the local population. I have been here watching it fail for a decade. Fail, rinse, repeat. Suicides, rinse, repeat. They don't make any effort to be a genuine learning environment. This is a racially motivated hierarchy. Where Asian or White  is acceptable but everyone else is a target. This is after two years of bad staff experiences. From the man in the golf cart to the lady in the office who is right out of a Trump commercial. This place is not representative of Silicon Valley. It is representative of intolerance and separatism.
