I gave them 4 stars because i had to go to there store in palmdale that my new replacement phone wouldn't work and the guy said they didn't unlock my phone before they sent it so i had to use gas because Asurion which it's still part of Verizon.

The worst customer service from this store.
I have tried to use this store multiple times in the past and have been burned every single time. The sales personnel who work here do not care about the customer, especially if you order anything online. They will not confirm your online order unless you go to the store, and when you get there they try to tell you they cant fulfill the order because they no longer have the device.
They do this because they dont get commission if its sold online, so they will do what ever they can to not complete your order and force you to cancel your online purchase. This has happened multiple times to me and I have had to call Verizon corporate to get any kind of resolution. This store needs some serious top down retraining.
